PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Telnet required a flexible and presentable workstation system for its contact centre. Spirit was chosen to allow pod sizes In The call centre to be easily changed and rearranged.
The result Is an innovative and attractive solution that fills Telnet's needs. The process began In July 2006 and was completed In December 2006.
"The workstation brief was tested in the market with other supplier products being reviewed. We all agreed that the Vidak Spirit System was closest to the brief. The cable management system and the range of accessories that was being developed were particularly attractive"
Telnet needed a flexible and open environment to explore a new call centre architecture. Walls were being knocked down, and the clients were to be encouraged to visit and feel a part of
what was happening.
"The pods had to be flexible in design and modular allowing for ease of configuration/adjustment for the number of staff and groups as the client teams or project groups changed." Louis Hunter, Gaze Commercial.
The Spirit environment allows a changing workspace to reflect your changing business. The system is completely modular and easily reconfigurable. Pods sizes can be changed, and storage and cabling can be rearranged easily. The end result always looks like it was designed to be that way. Spirit is a flexible as your business needs it to be.
